Tegan Dutschke


Tegan Dutschke earned a bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology from Columbia College in Columbia, SC, and a master's degree in speech-language pathology from South Carolina State University in 2019. Passionate about working with children, she has experience with early intervention, preschool, and school-age children. During her time at Columbia College, she served as a Sertoma Officer and is currently a board member of the Anderson-Oconee Speech and Hearing Clinic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach and horseback riding.



Faeben Fulford


Faeben Fulford is a passionate Speech Language Pathologist working for Complete Speech Therapy and Wellness. She received her Undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in 2012 and her master's degree from North Carolina Central University in 2014. Since Faeben was a young girl, she has loved helping others, making a difference in people’s lives, and working with children. When Farben was a young girl, you could find her working at a daycare, volunteering in the children’s ministry at her church, or working in various outreach/nonprofit programs serving others. Being a Speech Language Pathologist has allowed Faeben to combine her passions in a way that can truly make a difference in people’s lives. Besides Speech Therapy and helping others, Faeben is also passionate about acting/theater and fitness.



Lakeeta Ladson


Lakeeta Ladson, owner, and Speech Therapist, has been a Speech Language Pathologist for over 24 years and truly enjoys providing this service! Lakeeta is also a nonprofit organization Manager, Singer, and empower mentalist! Lakeeta enjoys hiking, working out, and modeling part-time as a plus-size beauty model. She’s also a mother, a daughter, a sister, a therapist, and a friend! Lakeeta believes there is nothing a kid determined can’t do! Regardless of the deficit type, with the right coaching, goals can be reached! Lakeeta ensures that every therapist at Complete Speech Therapy & Wellness provides that coaching and provides it with excellence!



Ivory Fuller


Ivory Fuller comes to our team with over 20 years of experience in special education, speech and hearing outreach, and delivery of services to at-risk and special needs populations. His teaching/service history started in Montgomery, Alabama, his hometown, where he served as a Sunday school superintendent at Union Chapel AME Zion church. In college at Howard University, he volunteered as a school mentor and student speech therapist as he studied for his bachelor's degree in communicative disorders. As a graduate student at San Diego State University, he continued his service and volunteer outreach passion as a bilingual hearing health care provider at various urban clinics in Southern California. At the same time, he was a Sunday school teacher at St. James by the Sea Episcopal Church in La Jolla, California. Mr. Fuller, upon completion of his Master's degree, moved to Detroit, Michigan, to assist with the care of his mother. In Detroit, Mr. Fuller continued to work in Special Education, Speech and Hearing delivery with Pediatric and Geriatric populations. Mr. Fuller has served as the Special Education coordinator at charter schools, the 504 coordinator at K-12 school academies. He has also worked with incarcerated school-age students at the Wayne County Juvenile Detention facility. In that role, he worked with students with varied special educational needs. In all his work history in providing direct services, Mr. Fuller has incorporated the best evidence-based practices when working with individuals with the 12 disabilities recognized by the Department of Education, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Language and Articulation remediation and therapy, and expressive and receptive reading programs to increase word attack skills. Mr. Fuller incorporates fundamental and interactive therapy sessions to increase social skills and achieve age-appropriate educational milestones in efforts to get the best results and carry-over for the students he serves.
